To Place Your Order
Due to our desire for personalized customer service, which is rare in today’s world, we provide and information site only.

Please call us at 1-860-673-1258 to place your order. Or you may print our order form and fax us 24 hours at 1-860-673-7499. We accept Master Card, Visa and American Express. Or you may prepay your order by check. Any credit card orders over $1,000 which be subject to a 3% surcharge.

Prices
Because Health Gear® Inc. is the manufacturer of the patient wear our prices stated are the wholesale prices for one dozen through fifty dozen quantities. If your facility is interested in larger quantities we will work with you on an individual basis. Please call us for quotes on a purchase of greater than fifty dozen. Our prices are the same whether you are a distributor or a small or large patient facility.

Sample Requests
If you would like to request a sample of any of our products please call us at
1-860-673-1258. We do require a major credit card to ship your sample. We will not process a charge to your card until you have received your samples and review the products. You may either return the sample or proceed with your order. There is a flat delivery charge of $16.95 for any samples. Samples will not be sent to home addresses, distributors or internationally. Your credit card will be charged 4 weeks after receipt of the samples if you have not contacted us.

Shipping and Handling
All orders are usually shipped the next business day by UPS Ground delivery. If we are backordered on a particular item we will inform you at the time of ordering. We strive to give you the best shipping rates and the most dependable and secure shipping method. If you need an order quickly, overnight, 2nd and 3rd day delivery is available on request. We determine our rates according to weight. Shipping prices for sale orders are based on original full prices. Please note shipping for Cuddle Plush may be slightly higher. Please call for rates.

Alaska & Hawaii and US Territories
Most orders will be shipped US Postal Service. When you place your order we will give you the total cost of shipping.

International Orders
Please call for international rates. They will vary from country to country. Please note any applicable customs, duties or brokerage fees will be the responsibility of the recipient. There is a minimum of TWO dozen for all international orders.

Return Policy
We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase we will assist you with a prompt response.
To receive a refund or exchange, please call us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer on returns and exchanges. Canceled or returned orders are subject to a 10% processing and restocking fee.
Initial shipping costs will not be refunded for returns or exchanges that are not due to defective merchandise. All products must not have been used or laundered and be in the same condition they were received. If an item is defective in any way we will generate a return for you and promptly replace your item.
